I don't critique much, but i'll do my best. The detail is really nice, but the whole picture is being thrown off a bit by the proportions being just a tad wonky. It's not a deal breaker, but i think it would have more believability if a couple of small things were adjusted. The two that stand out the most to me are the woman's hands, which seem too small, and the tiger's head, which also seems too small. For how big it's neck seems and how high off the ground it is, it looks like it should be at least 30% larger. That being said, the detail in the heads of both these characters is extraordinary. While i don't think the rest of the picture needs that same amount of detail to work, the proportions should be correct. But that's just my opinion of course.
